How to edit "Leave a Reply" box in the Responsive theme

    I would like to edit the “Leave a Reply” wording for comments. I am using the Responsive theme.

    After several hours of searches, typical instructions include such things as:

    “Go to line (XXXX)”–but where to find these numbered lines from the dashboard are not mentioned.

    “Edit (XXXX).php”–but no instructions on how to get there and do that from the dashboard.

    “Go to Appearance->Editor->Comments (under “Templates”)->Control-f->Search for ‘Leave a Reply'”–but this search produces no result.
