[Plugin: Social] BUG: Facebook Image (OpenGraph) Repeating

    I love the Social plugin — it’s the only one of its kind as far as I know, and it’s been working for us on FB and Twitter.

    But when broadcast, all of our recent posts have the SAME image posted to Facebook. The image getting used is the “featured image” for a previous post. Apparently it’s become the default “OG” on our site for some reason.

    Why would new broadcasts use the “OG Image” from a previous broadcast? (I even tried adding the “Facebook OpenGraph Protocol” plugin to force the issue, but no change.)

    I saw a post by the Social developer saying that the “featured image” for a post is used — but it seems to be perhaps CACHING the last used featured image, if the new post has none? That might be a bug…

    Apparently things in “Open Graph” land are not as simple as they might appear. http://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/ is very illuminating, but I still can’t get the images to appear predictably.
