[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] Feature Request: Multisite empty cache for all sites

I occasionally make a function/plugin/theme change that globally requires all my sites on multisite to have there cache emptied…

would be nice to allow super admins to empty the cache on all sites, rather than visiting each site individually to empty.
