At the bottom of my contact form I have 2 opt in choices:

    Give me Option A
    Give me Option B

A person may choose neither, one or both.

If a person chooses both, what’s the best way to add them to Constant Contact? At the moment I set it up with 2 feeds. When a person selects Option A, that gets dropped into a custom field I’ve created. Likewise when they select Option B.

But if they choose both, now they are on my list twice.

So I was wondering if you have a suggestion for how to do this or a best practice. Thanks!

    I’d say either:

    1. Add an option that is “Option C” (which says do nothing). In that case, you’d only need one feed, with an “Opt-In Condition” that says “Export to Constant Contact IF [form label] IS NOT [Option C]”.
    2. Or set up two feeds as you have it.

I don’t think the users should be on the list twice; it should update the existing user. Are you sure it is adding users twice?

Actually I didn’t test it, I just assumed it would add twice. If it updates that would be even better. I’ll give it a test and try it out. Thanks!
