Moving Blog to Inner Page Problem

I’m trying to get it so my posts go to a specific page titled “News Portfolio,” but am not having much luck.

My site is: weswilson4.com and it is an online resume.

I have gone to Settings/Reading and made my home page a static page. For “Front Page,” I do not have anything selected. For “Posts Page” I have selected “News Portfolio.” I did not create a separate page for “Home” because I did not want that link to show up on my site. I have a post that should be showing up when I click on the “News Portfolio” link, but it just reloads my home page.
