[Plugin: Custom Contact Forms] Some Forms Not Saving in Saved Form Submissions

I’ve sent two ticket to the developer and not heard back. Several of the forms aren’t saving. Other forms are and it doesn’t seem to have any logic to what saves and what doesn’t.

Is anyone else dealing with this issue? Thanks.
