Include RSS as entires (not import)

i’m wondering if such a plugin could exist:

say i have a secondary blog, but i want my secondary blog’s entries to appear as enties within my primary blog. not importing it for if i did that i’ll have to import everyday. more like the plugin would point to the RSS feed of the secondary blog’s, and include posts from the secondary blog inline with the primary blog’s posts… complete with timestamps intact. when the plugin is switched off, the secondary blog’s posts vanish from the primary posts’…

pretty tall order, cuz i don’t want my secondary blog’s posts to be just a bunch of links in the sidebar…
