   First, NO GRAVATARS, FAVATARS or anything like this.
   I've used all of them but those plugins dramatically slow down my site. I want to use a system that rely on my server ONLY.

   I simply would let people choosing a image from a set I uploaded; this is something very common in japanese guestbook/blog script CGI based.
