where can I find such a plugin
It’s generally preferred that you not bump a topic before a day (24 hours) has passed.
Having done so, you’ve now removed your topic from the list of those marked as “no replies” – which is where many people stop by first when they arrive here, to see who needs the help.
Have you looked at all the plugins linked here: Plugins – that would be where you start. Oh, and what did you get when you searched the forum?

Oh? The first search I did for “random graphic of the day” turns up a variety of links, several of the top ones most likely with info you can use.

Try these plugins, bosal:
Randomize
Ad Rotator… also allows random images and text rotated
Sometimes, Rosie…. I gave him the search string, the first linked post of which is exactly what he needs. How hard is that? Everyone in this world uses google to search, the forum now has a big search the forums box at the top, you can’t miss it….

ok, I still don’t see an exact method
I know, Vkaryl… but if English isn’t the first language, then it’s hard to figure this stuff out sometimes. It’s hard for me, and English is my first language!
But I definitely did not want to imply that you aren’t a helpful person. I see you all over this forum, always helping out, patiently answering everyone’s questions—you really know your stuff.
Bosal, that thread describes changing the header banner. Is that what you want to do? If so, the Codex is a good place to start:
