• Hello Friends,

Though I was able to install WordPress easily but after I have finished two posts, I was not able to find any feature or option to keep my first post (A Welcome Note) on the top of the each post!

I have spent considerable time at my Admin Panel to see how can I customize and run this world famous WebLog. I enjoyed every moment and found it very interesting but I failed to see how can I keep my first post (which is a welcome note) on the top of each posts! I deleted my first post and reposted it again then only I was able to see that post on top. However, I still believe that there will be some other ways to handle these problems!

I therefore decided to submit my question in this forum with the sincere hope that I will be able to get help and advise from expert fellow members.

Hope to hear good news from you soon.

    Thanks and best regards

    Kamaal

  • You can always modify the template to have stuff underneath the main image and before the articles. I added links under my main image ( see here ) and I could have easily have put text and images there as a pretext for the whole site.

Try searching for [sticky plugin] or [adhesive plugin]. These will allow you to make a post “stick” at the top of the page.

    So nice of you.

Perhaps I had this ability. Your site http://www.gavinphotography.com/blog/ is very good. I know a little HTML but am extremely poor in PHP/MySQL Technologies. I can install, configure and modify my site – http://our.businessworld.ws – by reading installation and other instruction materials.

Haecceity! Thank you very much for your advise.

I hope it will work if I will find [sticky plugin] or [adhesive plugin]. So now I am ready to go to search that plugin.

    Best regards
