How to customize Sidebar

    Hey , guys, can I know how do I define a sidebar? I mean like customizing them, so that instead of right, it would be at the left side. Since I wish to use two Sidebars, one at the right, one at the left. Where do I go to define them? the style.css sheet? or where?
