Looking for a plugin for social media

    I am looking for a plugin in which, when you put your mouse over an image, the social media icons such as facebook like will appear. Does anyone know a plugin that can do it? Also how would this behave if the user access the website from a tablet device? How does the user ‘hover’ above an image on a tablet?
