Hi lujeffcoat,
Can I get admin credentials to your site so we can look at this jQuery conflict in more details? We would very much like to resolve it since this is a new plugin for BD. It’s probably nothing too serious that we can’t resolve quickly, but having that access is crucial since we don’t know what causes the conflict, specifically.

I just sent you the admin credentials via the contact form. I hope it can be resolved, I am very excited about using reviews!
Got it resolved–it was a jQuery conflict that we’ve updated to handle now.
Thanks for helping. It is mostly working now, but I went to Manage Options and checked the box to allow unsubscribed visitors to leave a rating, but noticed that my website still says I need to log on in order to leave a review:
I.E. http://www.visitncwinecountry.com/directory/1141/banner-elk-winery/
It says “(Please login to rate this listing)”
Do you have the “Allow unregistered user to rate?” unchecked on the Ratings tab? That would activate that piece of the plugin and show that message.
I have the box checked to allow unsubscribed users to review.
The credentials I sent you last week to login are still activated, so if you need to login and see what’s going on, feel free. I just double checked that I did check the box that says “Allow unregistered users to post reviews?”

Thanks!
Can you rule out another plugin conflict first? Deactivate all plugins temporarily and try it–if it works, then we have another conflict and need to find which one. Activate them one at a time until you find that offending one.
If that fails, then resend credentials to the contact form: http://businessdirectoryplugin.com/contact. For security reasons, I delete them once I’m done with a specific issue.
