Alerts flashing below admin bar then disappearing.

    Hi all,

    I’ve just noticed a problem since upgrading to 3.4.2.

    You know when a plugin wants to notify you of something and it pops an alert at the top of the screen just below the admin bar?

    Well it’s doing it for me but it flashes there for about half a second and then it disappears again and I can’t click on it or read the alert (except see there is one there very briefly).

    It’s doing it with more than just one plugin.

    Anyone else experiencing this? Is there a fix for it?
