• Hi again,

I’m working with a child theme of Twenty Eleven. So my blog has three columns on the main page, two sidebars and the content. On the single post view it’s just the content. The CSS is modified so that the #primary has a fixed width.

I wanted the content on the single page to be exactly the same as it is in Twenty Eleven, so I copied the #content and #primary from the original Twenty Eleven CSS and made #scontent and #sprimary and replaced the DIVs in the single.php appropriately. It was fabulous, it worked perfectly. Now, like, 20 minutes later, it’s back exactly how it was before, as if it were just using the #primary with the fixed width. I don’t understand why it’s not working anymore.

    Can anyone give any advice?

    Thanks,

    Amaress

    The blog is essentials.jackie.grindesigns.com

Nevermind, I figured it out. I needed to change the #primary and #content entries in the singular CSS.

New related question, what does “Showcase” apply to?
