[Plugin: Live Blogging] Full page refresh not working

I have the ‘Do a full page refresh’ option selected in settings but it doesn’t seem to work on the front end. I am using a theme called ‘Responsive Theme’ (http://themeid.com/responsive-theme/) and WP 3.4.1.
Any thoughts?
