[Plugin: Jetpack by WordPress.com] Comment Box Expanding Before Typing

The “Enter Comment Here” box is always expanded even when I have not clicked there. Well the space has expanded, the actual form to log in does not show up until you actually start typing. This is creating an ugly space at the bottom of each post and it only corrects it after you do click in the comment box. Ideas?
