What to use for wine rating blog

Hello to all.

I would like to create a wine rating blog where each post contains same content – particular wine features (name, country, genre, varietal, etc). So I would need a form page for adding new entries which after submitting will generate a new post with all info. I have tried many plugins for that and can’t get what I really want.
Any hints will be appreciated.
