[Plugin: Auto Post Thumbnail] Only some thumbnail images showing?

Hello
I installed the Auto Post Thumbnail plug in, pressed generate thumbnail key but only some of the thumbnails are showing images. My site is http://www.sendaraven.com. Does anyone have any ideas please?
