[Plugin: Video Embed & Thumbnail Generator] Plugin settings

I am running wordpress on xampp version > xampp-win32-1.7.7-VC9-installer
and all I see is the settings … so I am not sure what to do here … all I am looking to do is to post screen casts from my YouTube channel in a grid like pattern …
