custom field template, "Invalid argument supplied for foreach()" error

    I imported zip file instead of the containing file, and the plugin is keep saying
    Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in custom-field-template.php on line 166.
    Can anyone help me to fix this?
    I completely deleted the plugin using ftp, and re-installed it, yet nothing happened.

    I’m also getting following error as well on setting screen.
    TEMPLATE #0 Fatal error: Cannot use string offset as an array in custom-field-template.php on line 1146
