None of my extensive blogroll list is showing on my navigation bar on the main page
The list is showing in the links list when i go to manage them, but I can't see them on the nav bar
They were working fine before the recent upgrade to edublogs, so not sure if it is a wordpress issue or an edublogs issue.
This forum has nothing to do with edublogs. You need to contact them. For instance, they have a link to their own forums at the top of the page: http://edublogs.org/forums
To display ones 'blogroll,' one of these template tags must be in your current theme's sidebar:

I've no idea how Edublogs goes about providing you a theme selection (if any). You'll have to contact them. Still, it's unusual that they would have modified the default theme to remove links from the sidebar.
Oh.... also, edublogs seems to be running the mu version of wp - which has it's own fora and support at mu.wordpress.org....
