Can't get Page to appear on Website

While someone else created my website, I am attempting to create a new Page and list it on a new tab along with 4 other tabs already created. I have created a new page titled ‘Resources’ and can see it when I hit ‘View’. Problem: the page heading ‘Resources’ appears on the right sidebar of the page not at the top under the one remaining blank Tab. When I visit my site, I cannot see the ‘Resources’ heading anywhere.
