How to Customize Second Post Page?

I have a blog where I split my long posts in two pages using <!--nextpage--> tag in my posts. Is there a way to customize the second page of the post? I just need to change the template a bit.

Example:

Post URL is: http://www.abc.com/2012/09/13/hello-world/

Page 2 of post is: http://www.abc.com/2012/09/13/hello-world/2/ – I want to customize the template of this second page.

Is it possible and how?

Any help or pointers would be very helpful.
