[Plugin: Fullscreen Galleria] Great Plugin but suddenly on strike

Dear user-community and developers of Fullscreen Galleria,
first thanks for that cool plug-in, its perfect,
except that suddenly one gallery is not working, I can see the thumbnails but it will not initiate the fullscreen, only fades dark and thats it. Then other times it only opens the jpg file directly….

I tried in on 3 computers( running FireFox and IE),
one gallery is running, one isn’t.

I don’t know what to do, apparently I made a mistake but I have no idea where.

also resized and further compressed the pictures => no success
waited 10 minutes to let it load => no success
