How do I actually make this appear on the page – I have configured the popup under the settings tab and have selected enabled but nothing appears? Do i have to place a piece of code on a certain page?

Sorry there was a problem when i tagged new version. In the next hours should be ready the new version of the plugin in the wordpress repository.

In the mean time you can download it from http://www.mediafire.com/?h5ahfwb2wb72sfh . This is version 1.2 . Once you activate the plugin go to the settings page to enable it

I’m having the same problem.. tried deleting my cookies and still not popping up.
