Problem logging into Admin after recent update.

So after the recent update, I tried updating WordPress via the admin control panel. It said the update was complete, but as soon as I tried loading another page, I got an error on a blank page saying “Access Denied.” Now if I try loading the admin panel at all, it loads the page to “http://www.origamiscene.com/wp-admin/upgrade.php?_wp_http_referer=%2Froot%2Fwp-admin%2F”
The website still loads just fine, but I really need to get into the admin panel, and as of right now that is not possible. What do I need to get this fixed?
