[Plugin: WP LaTeX] Can I link to this plugin from outside of WP?

I would like to use the excellent WP latex plugin in my own (free, nonprofit) plugin GmailTeX.
As far as I can see, the WP latex engine is freely available at http://s0.wp.com/latex.php for anyone to link to. But I would like to make sure this is OK to do.
