[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] give option to control display of SEO in Admin Bar

    I would also love to have this option to hide SEO for some category of users. It is a very useful and powerful tool in the hands of some people but too complicated in the hands of others.

    I have found a plugin that accommodates the hiding of the Yoast SEO in the top bar for whoever you wish to allocate ‘hide’ to.
    Hope this helps.
