It is possible to save the index as... million names. The question is: what do you want to do.
What exactly do you mean by "creating new posts for it"???

Maybe you should learn a bit about the template system of a theme:

moshu: what it is Im trying to do is this...In the theme Im using there are tabs that are created when a person sets up a Page Template. Well I want to setup a page template but I want the page to actually function as another area for me to make posts, almost as if it were to blogs in one.

someone said to use categories but that doesnt fit the bill for me because I want the post I make

You won't be able to do this.

Pages do not function like a separate posting environment (i.e. a sub-blog). A Page is little more than a specialized post that sits outside the dated-archive structure of normal posts. But like a post, each Page is just one, and there is no way to subdivide a Page into what you're describing.

Well, there are no 'sub-blog' features built into WordPress. It's one install, one blog. I can't say it fits exactly what you've described, but a plugin like Miniblog may be worth a look:

Another option is to check out some of the 'alternative projects' dealing with multi-blogging solutions and WordPress:
