Login and White Screen

    Good Afternoon

    I really need help our company blog is not showing up I’ve gone through the forums on here and havent found a right solution also its not even recognizing our login info. I have no knowledge on html code I know bits and pieces. Heres the website http://www.elsaberenterprises.com/blog1/ also we had someone make this site and the code is different then what is normally used. Im afraid if I change anything I will lose data. Our server is through yahoo. If you have any other questions please feel free to ask?

    Which hosting plan are you using from Yahoo? The basic, advanced or premier plan?

    When I look at the account it says web hosting standard

    Im afraid if I change anything I will lose data.

    Make a complete backup of your site including your database and make changes.

    You may try deactivating all plugins and switch to Twenty Eleven theme and see if your site is showing up.

    How do I accomplish that in the FTP I changed the plugin file name and it doesn’t do anything I am not to sure on how to change to twenty eleven

    Rename the other themes by adding -old. Your site will open up using the default theme.

    all the files that are in the themes and just leave the twenty eleven theme
