What am I doing wrong (warning I am new to this):

I created the app, followed your FAQ to find my facebook ID and put in the 2 other codes- copied directly. Here is error:

API Error Code: 191
API Error Description: The specified URL is not owned by the application
Error Message: Invalid redirect_uri: Given URL is not allowed by the Application configuration.

ok, I got further along, but now I am getting this on the facebook deveoper page where I create the app, even though I am entering my URL: http://www.tammikamin.com

Error
You have specified an App Domains but have not specified a Site URL or a Mobile Site URL

http://www.tammikamin.com must be derived from your Site URL or your Mobile Site URL.

1. Go to https://developers.facebook.com
2. Click “Edit Settings” on your Facebook App
3. Make sure you have entered a “Site URL”. The “Site URL” is where the last red arrow in this image is pointing

ok…now I am getting this (I am really new, sorry!)

Error
morning-caverns-4059.herokuapp.com must be derived from your Site URL or your Mobile Site URL.
