[Plugin: Add Multiple Users for WordPress] menu button is missing

since I updated to the version 2 the “Add Multiple Users” is missing and by this the plugin is not working anymore. I looked into all menues, but did not find it anywhere, so I went back to 1.2.2

It would be very nice to add the menu Button or in the screenshots where I can access the Plugin.
