[Plugin: User Avatar] Portuguese – Brazil (pt_BR) Translate is ready

Hey,

I took the liberty of translating it to Brazilian Portuguese (pt_BR). Just an FYI: the “Crop image” button is not translatable by the POT file in the plugin =T
