   Greetings,

   Would someone be able to let me know how to turn off comments for good? I know that turning off comments only works on future posts. I just started my blog and turned off the comments before I wrote the first post and the "no comments" link showed up at the bottom of the post anyhow.

   Could you kindly tell me how to remove the "No Comments" link at the end of my posts?

   I've searched the Codex Documentation and the forum and have not been able to locate an answer to this particular problem.

   Turning off - or removing the "no comments" text/link... are 2 (two) different things.

   Knowing that those are 2 different things was exactly what I needed to hear, and the link you provided was excellent.
