Tareq, there are many many postings here in the support forum that are just sitting un answered.

Do you offer support for this plugin?

Should we be posting our questions somewhere else?

How long can a poster expect to wait for a support reply?

There is no time limit for a support answer. There might be an answer or not. I clarified about the support concept on the plugin options panel.
