• This may seem trivial but it escapes me.

I’m trying to add a list of links to my side bar. I have tried using the RSS feed url widget, and no good. I have tried embedding the http or www url address in the text widget and no good. I don’t have any problem creating links on text in a page, but just can’t figure it out for the side bar. I have also looked for plugins that might be special for this task – no luck there either. There must be a simple way?

    Can anyone help?

Never use the RSS widget to re-display content from your own site on your own site. That puts WordPress into a sorta loop. Not good.

Have you tried adding these links to the Link Manager in your admin area and then using the Link widget on your site?

The Link manager does not solve this delema and I’m still now and then wishing I could find a fix for this problem. Some one has to have been in the same situation?
