    Why do you think the site was hacked? A scan shows no sign of anything suspicious.

    @esmi: this time I have removed all suspicious code.. and upload new theme with new installation.. after 2,3 days hosting company Suspend my account. they say your website sending lot of suspicious… One more thing when site hack. hacker leave a message in black windows…Hosting company always say our code is not good. But I use wordpress latest version….
