Using Page as Blog in Dessign's Graphic Theme

I’m currently using Dessign’s Graphic Theme, loving the static-ness of the homepage. However, I’d really like a link that directs my readers to my most recent posts… a blog not-on-the-home-page as it were.

I’ve already tried Settings> Reading> switching the front page to static and directing the posts to a page entitled “Blog,” yet when I load my Blog page, it only has one lonely post, the same that I’ve on my homepage at the moment.

I’m very new to wordpressing, so please be excessively clear in response!
