Bulk change URL

    Hello,

    I have a website to promote one other website. So every outgoing link is the same in every article.

    Now I want a plugin (or something) so I can change that link in every post. I know there exist some php method

    Link looks like this
    http://domain.com/link1.php

    and this link actually goes to for exemple Google.com.

    Is there a plugin how I can manage this?
