Cannot post jpgs after updating to 3.4.1

I recently updated to 3.4.1 and now cannot post jpg images into my post. It appears to be related to WordPress coding itself. For example:

HTML tag from one of my posts before the upgrade:
<img src=”http://www.namingandtreating.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/06/living_save_12can_ind.jpg&#8221; alt=”” title=”” class=”aligncenter size-full wp-image-28311″ />

HTML tag after my upgrade:
<img src=”” alt=”” title=”” class=”aligncenter size-full wp-image-28401″ />

As you can tell wordpress is not including the URL in the source part. Its possible that a plugin may be interfering with the latest version of WordPress. Pleas advise or help resolve. Thank you
