[Plugin: Co-Authors Plus] Only one of the assigned authors is showing at top of post.

Hello,

We’re using the latest release of Co-Authors Plus on our website.

As you can see in the link below only one of two assigned author names is visible at the top of the page. I have just installed the plugin and haven’t changed any code or touched any of the core files. How do I solve this?
