[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Carousel theme – page reloads after clicking on thumb

Hello there,

I have added a gallery to a page with shortcode: [nggallery id=1 template=carousel] . It looks exactly like I wanted, however clicking on thumbnails causes page to reload (in every browser). Is there a possibility to change the pictures without the reload, or at least to make the browser get back to the position where it was when clicked?

Cant link the site unfortunately.
