[Plugin: Quotes Collection] speech bubble graphic behind quotes in sidebar

im displaying quotes in the sidebar and ive added a grey background colour and rounded corners to the css class but i want to add an grey arrow to the bottom of the grey box behind the quote so it looks like a speech bubble

can anyone how help how id edit the code to add this

do i need to add another div for the graphic?
