• So… I really tried looking through as many forum threads I could… Can’t find one that matches my dilemma.

Had a disaster happen and well, needed to back up. Went to https://wordpress.backup-technology.com, logged in and downloaded what I’m guessing is already a decrypted file (since it doesn’t end in a .enc extension.) Followed instructions for a download back up.

”Your web server is configured with an upload file size limit of 8 MiB. If your backup file is larger than this, you should upload your file via FTP as described below.

When uploading your encrypted backup files via FTP, place them in following folder on your web server: /home/*******/public_html/g******/wp-content/plugins/wponlinebackup/tmp/decrypt
The files will appear above when the page is refreshed. Remember to delete these files after you’ve decrypted them.”

the deal is I have refreshed and doesn’t show anything to ”back up”. Mind you, I have uploaded .SQl file and also the .zip file containing the .sql file in mentioned directory. Don’t know where to go from here.

    You patience is much appreciated,
    -Erawkz.
