Change Language doesn't show properly

I have added ja.mo file to language directory and basically most text on admin panel has changed to Japanese. I can create post and pages in Japanese and the content shows properly, however the title doesn’t show at all. Even the url works in Japanese, but the titles don’t show. When I inspect the element, I can see the entry-title is there as h1 and the Japanese word shows up under title attribute, but it doesn’t show up on the site.

Does anybody know why and how to fix it?
