   Hi,

   I'm brand new to WordPress. I have some HTML knowledge but zippo when it comes to PHP. My problem is that I want to have archives on my blog by year. Then when you click on the year link, that opens up to a listing of posts over that year. Can somebody tell me how to make this happen and what I need to do to insert the changes into the code?

   Any help you can give me would be much appreciated.
