Weird problem with style.css & reset.css

I am creating a template. But all the time reset.css is over riding style.css.

ie; if i have a style writen to a div in style.css, it won’t effect on that div. It simply take styles from reset.css file. 🙁

See this screen shot. Just an example. My problem is not just for a element, My entire site is facing the problem.
