[Plugin: Redirection] How to forward to URLs with spaces?

I need to redirect to URLs that include spaces, because I’m passing variables through the URL to forms, and I need the forms to display the variables properly (such as a space between someone’s first and last names). I’ve tried using a space in the URL that is being redirected to, and %20 in place of spaces, but Redirection still automatically removes the spaces.

Is there a way to force Redirection to keep the spaces instead?
