• After installing and activating the plug-in, I am unable to access the Nmedia file upload admin menu at all. When I click on it, I receive the following error message:

You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.

As a possible note of interest to you, when I hover over the Nmedia file upload menu, the link shown at the bottom of my browser looks incorrect. It reads “sierrapto.org/cms/wp-admin/admin.php?page=featured-articles-lite/add_content.php”

I would attach screenshots if I could. Please email me if you would like to see some.

Well it seems problem with some core wp files or settings. Please delete the plugin and install it again.

Hello, I have deleted and reinstalled the plugin, but the behavior is the same. When you hover over the NM menu, it still points to the same incorrect location.

Another note, the Features Articles Lite plugin is a plugin that we have been using for a while with no problems along with other plugins. The FA Lite menu appears two items above where the NM menu appears, so could this possibly be an error in the how the menu code is generated that perhaps is missing some HTML closing tag?

well I want to see this issue, could you please send me your site info in my email ceo@najeebmedia.com

I am getting the same message. Have you found a solution yet? Thanks.

Well @gailmiya didn’t send me the site info. I couldn’t check the issue.

I’m reporting the same issue. Still building the site locally so I can’t send you the site info either.

However, I’ll add that I get the insufficient priveleges notice when I click on NMedia File Upload, Edit Group, Delete Group. Files List does actually bring me to the list of uploaded files.

The url that I see on hover looks fine. ../ps_groups_edit on Edit Group, for example.
